Notes
Tough, very slow run, but glad I pushed through it, since I almost stopped running after ~3.5 miles where I really started slowing down. Physically, right glute/ham thing was just very slightly noticeable through the run, and right ankle twinged a couple times toward the end too, but don't think either thing is very serious. Hopefully I can start getting moving quickly again over the next couple weeks. Water every 18 minutes, ClifShots every 36 minutes through this run.

41 F at the finish (~37 F at the start)
Wind from NW at 9 mph (was ~15 mph headwind at the start -- plus I had headwind on the way in too at times)
