Notes

Good solid run. Right gluteus thing flared right at the start of the run, and then it was mildly noticeable for the rest of the run, but I'm not worried about it. Left quad was completely unnoticeable. Interval splits above (calculated distances based on start/stop points. Two minutes slow in between each interval. 10:34.55 warmup to 34th/Chestnut, 11:10.06 warmdown back over the same distance. Interval paces work out to be 7:01 for 0.62, 7:03 for 0.61, 6:48 for 0.66, 6:39 for 0.65, and 7:01 for 0.65 (struggled a bit in this last one).
