Very good interval run, especially considering GI issues throughout the run (though these actually pushed me to run faster to get home quicker, especially the "warmdown"). Physically, legs felt a little stiff at the beginning and I really dragged on the 90 second breaks, but legs felt really good on the fast portions and the warmdown.
