Treadmill run several hours later to complete today's aborted tempo run. Felt much better in the A/C. Wore very old running shoes. Did one mile at 6.5/6.6/6.7/6.8 (by lap), then two miles at 7.5, and then final mile was doing 7.6/7.7/7.8/7.9, but the treadmill started going into cooldown mode in the last ~3-4 minutes, so I kept having to ramp it up randomly after it dropped down to 4.5 every minute.
