Warm day, slow run. Started out ok, but really slowed down after the first mile and a half. Probably was because I hadn't eaten since breakfast several hours earlier. Improved a bit with a Gel at about 2.5 miles, but never really felt great. Had to walk the last 1.01 miles (plus 2 minutes of the actual run time).

Splits: 48:09.82 out (5.21 miles), 41:50.66 (4.21 miles) (32:37.44 + 2:00.32 (walking) + 7:12.90).
