Slow run, but considering how little I had left in my legs, I'm happy I didn't stop (really wanted to stop on the way back, but kept moving and sped up quite a bit in the final mile). Splits: 23:27.15 out (9:16.19 pace for 2.53 miles), 24:23.00 in (9:18.40 pace for 2.62 miles).
