Decent enough run, I guess. Really bonked on the way in, so I'm pretty happy I kept running through it. Really came close to stopping after about 3.5 miles, but pushed through it. Splits: 22:32.34 out (8:44.16 pace for 2.58 miles), 23:21.88 in (9:08.62 pace for 2.53 miles).
