Brutal run -- lost my form around 3 miles or so in, and never really recovered. Walked 5 minutes twice plus another minute on the way in. ClifShots at 40/80/120 and water every 20 minutes until I ran out with a couple miles left, but really just never had it on this run. Splits: 1:08.28, 13:00.70, 12:22.43, 1:18:07. Not really sure what the distances were for these, but slow throughout, in any event, and positive splits for sure (even if I hadn't walked on the way in). Weather: 85 F, 51% H, partly cloudy, wind from SSE at 1 mph.
