Decent run, considering it's my first run more than 4-5 miles in awhile and it was very cold out. Physically, felt pretty much fine. Gu at start and turnaround. Water every ~2.1 miles. Negative splits: 39:45.85 out (~9:21 pace for 4.255 miles), 37:52.95 in (~8:54 pace for 4.255 miles).
