Decent run, but went out way too fast on tired legs and really slowed down on the way in. Positive splits, even with an extra 0.07 on the way out: 17:40.77 out (8:02 pace for 2.20 miles - extra bit to Market), 18:15.06 in (8:34 pace for 2.13 miles - extra bit by post office).
