Pretty crappy run -- legs felt like lead, and overall my whole body felt heavy and energy-less. Hopefully this will pass and won't be an overtraining/dead leg period. W: 80 F (at the end -- started closer to 90), 81% H, W from SW at 8 mph, light rain with thunder). S: 19:17.34 out, 19:38.38 in. Bleah.
