Good long run. Felt strong for most of the run -- never felt heavy/tired/dead like on a lot of my recent longish runs. Think I'm finally getting back into shape, a little bit. Negative splits: 50:44.39 out (9:00.74 pace for 5.23 miles), 48:27.69 in (8:36.46 for 5.23 miles). Gels at 36 and 72 minutes, with water every 18 minutes. Ran into a pretty strong headwind for a good part of the out, so that might account for part of the negative splits.
