Ran the Redwood Park Run for PCTR in Oakland. Just did it as a long training run to see how my legs will stand up to 2 hours plus. Most of the run was pretty easy, but the last 10k was very hilly and I walked up a number of the hills. About 16 miles, my left calf completely cramped up and I had to walk a few minutes to get it relaxed. The downhills were especially tough and I took them super easy. About an hour after my finish, my legs finally felt normal and I was able to drive home without issue.
