AR Training Run, last 23 miles.
Shin felt WAY better today. I still took IB just on the safe side. Only had a small issue with it around 17 miles, but it didn't last long. Tried to just stay comfortable and not push. For the most part I followed my plan. I did my best to just walk any of the steep short inclines that I was sure I'd walk during the race. The first four miles were run way slower than I probably would in the race, and the last few miles were probably a little faster than race day. If I can run 3:37 for section at race, I'll be very happy.
