Planned on doing MLR, but I caught up with Cheyne and double backed with him for a few miles. By the time I got back to the mall I was already at 17.5 miles with three to go. I decided to stop and call Karina to pick me up. I could have done the remaining miles, but I didn't see why I should. The run was pretty easy, but it was getting really hot. I forgot to take IB before the run, but I ended up not needing it. Looks like I'll be fine without it from now on.
