Decided to test my 10k ability without warmup. First mile in 6:25 and felt very good. Was hurting a little on third and fourth mile (although fourth mile was in 6:21) but regrouped and ran well last two miles. Dickson splits were 20:38 and 20:20. Feel very good that I could run low 39 on flat course, but unsure how that translates to the race on Feb. 7th. Very happy with run.
