Urban Cow Half Marathon
Goal was to run MP with a 4 mile warmup and 3 mile warmdown. I didn't feel quite as fresh this time as I did at Santa Rosa Half Marathon. My first half was also a tad too fast if I want to really feel 6:11 pace. One of the biggest factors, though, was the humidity. Even though it was only 60 degrees, there was also 100% humidity and I felt it right from the start.
Overall the race was fine. I got my goal time, even if it wasn't as smooth as last time. Now I have five weeks to work out all the tweeks and hopefully have 6:11 pace feel good on Marathon day.
