Worked legs. Did some low weight but focused squats. Need to start doing a lot more stretching at home, my depth simply will not be where I want it to be if I don't. My knees hurt a little when I was doing goblet squats, might need to take a look at that. Overall, it was a good day, a little unplanned by myself and that is my fault, I want to make some extensive routines over the next weekend to lift to, I think that'd be a fun time, writing down exercises that will make me want to puke... yeah, I like that. Weight is steadily going up as well. Need to go grocery shopping soon for some nutritious food. High carb, High protein, High nutrients.
