ran this simulated progression on my treadmill. My treadmill is not the best but my plan was to do 50 minutes and start at around 7:30 pace and progress to as fast as it could go. I got down to the second fastest speed when I finished. I increased the speed every 5 minutes and that seemed like the appropriate intensity for me. It was a nice progression workout for myself.
