just walked fo the morning run because my legs weren't feeling too hot, my whole body was kinda sore and just very dreadful of the workout which was a negative attitude so I walked and just thought about it for a while until I was like "Alright well, if today is my hardest day, may as well have a kick ass workout." So that helped.
