Notes

Longer chest day. Felt sore and better mind muscle connection. Did heavy sets with low rep high weight. Felt a lot of metabolic stress throughout the exercise. Something we would do every day. The "burning" sensation is that stress and is one of the main contributors to muscle growth. We could definitely add a more intense version of this for our time with some wall sits? Calf raises? Starting to sweat a lot more from this kind of exercise, feels great.
