Notes

so I tried my best to simulate this on the treadmill. I'll be honest it was not the best. I did a interval set of 3 minutes on (almost max speed) and then 1 minute off 7 times. It felt sorta like 1000's most likely a little short but I felt that the intensity was appropriate. I did not feel good however with a decent amount of knee pain today.
