My back was TWEAKED from something I did to it on accident in the morning. It hurt the whole day and I was really worried I wouldn't be able to do this work out. I was really happy though when I decided to tough it out because not only did the pain start to dissipate, but it just felt like a real quality workout for me. I am finally starting to get my energy back and even though I went a little slow, they still felt amazing. Had my cadence up at about 185 which is huge for me.
