3x3mi with 1mi jog. added this into my long run. better than just running slow and i needed some tempo work.

going to feel this later. felt pretty good at the end leg wise just started to fatigue a little. left hammy was a little sore on the gravel section but once i got on the road it got better. hills are gravel made it challenging.
