2x800 with 1min jog
pretty well for a 200m track. kept building nicely. seemed like i got in a good warmup despite my legs being a little tired.
new spikes definitely helped. went a little too fast on first 200. 2nd felt easy.
eased into first 400. probably could have gone a skosh faster. still had plenty for last two. rest seemed more than enough. pushed more on 2nd and the 3rd still like i had some strength left but not much more speed. last one was faster than i expected. screwed up stopping my watch on 3rd so not exact but i saw 1:01. 2:07.6 prediction
800's were out of breath but not too bad. probably going to feel this one in a couple days
