Buffalo Grove Fitness Center Mixed Up Triathlon leg 2- run
had just enough time to change my shoes after biking. felt fine. about .47mile loop. passed everyone at least 3 times. legs were heavy and then relaxed but just couldn't get the pace to go any faster. felt comfortable with the pace abnd probably could have kept going a couple more miles. dropped the pace a little bit the last mile. all the tiurns made it it more like a cross country race.
