13miles at marathon pace. started out easy though it felt harder than i expected. but after a few miles the sub 7 felt easy. could have kept that pace easily but picked it up the last few miles. legs got a little tired but still not too bad. most 5k loops with one HL3 on the 2nd loop. put water/gatorade on a table so i didnt have to carry water. need a different spot next time for easier transitions.the miles i got water threw off my time and rhythm a little.
