strange sensation on the underside of my left foot at mile 11 - a burning type thing that went away with a flater part of the course. left outer area below knee, that knotty bone, started to complain a little. Also the area just under my right knee cap complained just a bit - all of this once I had gotten to the 10 mile-ish point.

Definitely learning about my body and what I can still do on these long runs. This 12 miler was considerably easier than last weeks 10 mile death march.

Last night's dinner: homemade pizza, a boiled yukon gold potato, 1 liter of water. Breakfast this morning: oatmeal with sliced banana and honey, water, coffee, 6 oz orange gatorade. Post work out: CLiff protein builder bar, 16 oz accelerade, water. 1 hour later: yukon gold boiled potato, peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat, water.
