Post sick from cold/flu whatever run...not as bad as I thought it would be...breathing was harder for sure. Not entirely unpleased with the pace but I am ready to start getting a little faster. I know I just need to put in the base miles, work on getting stronger using hills, and remember why I'm out there. Oh, and be thankful the weather isn't freezing or blistering hot.

Took me a long time to loosen up/warm up but once I did, things started to flow. I felt my best somewhere around mile 2.5.
