Very very easy run to test out the back. Felt okay. My mileage hasn't increased into the 50-60 range as I had hoped at this point with the new schedule that my wife is working and me having the baby a little more. I think I can figure out a way to get more miles in but it either 5am runs or 10 pm runs so I am going to have to decide which way I wanna go with that. Last week ended very low on the mileage do to an injury so I figure with the race coming up that my mileage will be much high this week. Not sure of a goal quite yet on the CDR. 6:30 pace would be a high goal I think with the hills. My 10 mile steady state was 6:29 pace on flat so maybe Ill shoot for 6:40's or so. We will see how it all works out
