Starting downhill got my tired legs feeling okay and I was able to maintain pace for the most part on the flat and bridge. Then, up Wertz, was pretty tough. Starting getting heavy legs and outta breath right near the top at the steepest area. Overall good run. Low on my mileage for the week but will use this as a down week then shoot for 45-50 next week.
