Went to support the sea cadets. I warmed up 2 miles and then ran the 5k. I forgot to reset my watch so the warmup race and cooldown are all included. The race time was approximately 1830. i am not sure of the official time. It was just for a quick workout anyway and I think I still won my age group. Not bad legs were very tired and flat from training. 10k in two week hopefuly will be around the same pace or better.
