Notes

Ran an all trail half marathon at Oleta River Park. This race was pretty low key but also very fun. I was doing it to just get in a good workout and get my mileage in for the week. I did one extra mini loop in the middle of the second loop of the race. This race was 4 loops long. I ran a little longer than the half marathon but still won the race by over 10 minutes. It was very hot and very tiring as the last lap my legs were exhausted. The course was very very challenging as it's a mountain bike course and there are roots, hills, skinny boards and such to run on. I think I would rather run this course though than ride a bike!! I am please to get my mileage in the for the week and to get in a great run on a very tough course.
