Ran in the morning in Clearwater, FL. I ran all three bridges nearby and felt okay. My IT band didn't hurt at all until I finished and it hurt worse than ever.
Whats the status now?
FYI I only got accepted into Miami as sub-elite (entry only) but he has me on the elite wait list (flight/hotel)...so as of now it is a no-go but fingers crossed one of the elite runners drop out and I'm in.
