Notes
10 x (400m at 1:51 followed by a 400m Recovery). Ran most intervals at 8.5 mph on treadmill with a .5 incline. Goal is to complete the entire workout at 1.0 incline but right now it was too tough on my knees. My slowest interval (#3) was completed at 8.3mph.
Followed by stretch and 70 push ups. Feel quite good after and could keep going (but will wisely stop for today!)
