I really liked this trail. Parked at Joelle's, ran down Eisenhower to Holmes Run trail. Went all the way to Seminary road (4.5 miles) and then turned around to come back. Hills were tough, sun was hot, but overall I felt good. Forgot to restart watch a few times (stopped it because I couldn't stand to see my pace/time increase but needed recovery).
