felt more tired than usual--probably because of poor sleep this week (LOTS of waking up through the night since Cassie's been sick), running Friday without a cool down stretch, etc. Since downgrading goal to half-marathon in April, the pressure is off to keep ramping up my miles. Instead, I am going to focus on strength, stretching and endurance (I so want to have an "s" word there. Grrr!).
