ran at 7.0 mph at 2.0% incline, but the pace on my watch stated I was going about 8:50 min per mile (should be 8:34 at 7.0 I think). Who knows. Bottom line is that I ran consistently. At 50 minutes, I started to reduce the incline and then after 60 min. the incline went to 0 while I sprinted at 7.7 for 5 min.
