Had to call Tim to figure out what this workout was in 'miles' since I'm a dork and didn't want to think it through myself. He told me 1000m= .63 mile and 2000m= 1.25 miles
i had some user error on the watch and some treadmill errors which messed up my laps and stuff, but i think below are my times:
For this weeks track workout run the following with 400m rest intervals between each repetition.
