Notes
Not feeling well leading up to race. Headache dizzy feeling Thursday, Friday and Day of race. Went out at pace which should have felt comfortable 5:20's. Fatigue set in after three miles probably combination of the heat, not being 100% healthy, and point in overall training coming off a peak race three weeks prior. Plan for the next two weeks is to get healthy and ramp up mileage.

Not great, two years ago not in shape ran the last two miles 20 seconds faster. Race positive aspect decent threshold training for HTC and fall marathon.
