Thought I would see what I pace I could run for a mile. Felt really good. I think I could have done it faster, but not by much. Did the .5 mile warm up, then walked a bit and then ran this. I tried to analyze how I felt as I was going on, my legs weren't all that happy, but they weren't bad either. It was really my wind that held me back. The lungs were hurting for air.
