This was a great workout to do the week leading up to a race. I did 4 x 1000 at around 6:30 pace, which is right in that stamina zone for me currently. I felt really good, and the low volume means that it didn't tax me too heavily so I'll need little recovery. All in all, a very solid and encouraging day.
