Today's speed work was a 10x1 minute uphill with 2 minutes easy. I did the uphill parts at 7.5% incline and 8 mph, and they were reasonably difficult. My legs were a little heavy for the first 3, not too bad for the next 4, and then very heavy the last 3. I probably could have kept going for another 1 or 2, but I really wouldn't have wanted to. The effort felt like it was right around 5k, if not just a bit harder.
