Notes
This was supposed to be a gentle 5 miles after work, but I got a very strange lightheadedness while running. It started up around 8-10 minutes in and just kept getting worse and worse. I felt kind of like I was floating, but not in that good "in the zone" kind of way. I just felt like I could fall off the treadmill if I wasn't careful. I ended up having to stop. I hope it's just hunger or something like that and not anything serious.
I also forgot my shoes and had to run in my Altras. They were actually pretty good, and I may consider buying another pair to run in.
