Notes
Today I did a nice, easy recovery run back and forth along Plunkton. My legs are a bit tired from yesterday, but they feel pretty good overall. I had a slight twinge in my left knee; it wasn't real pain, just a strange feeling that developed after a few miles. After I stopped the feeling quickly went away.
I also did push-ups today. I decided to try week 4, and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it felt compared to the end of week 3. It's looking like I can complete this week comfortably. I found out, however, that I can't play Guitar Hero with any sort of precision after a few sets of push-ups.
