My plan today was a 12 mile progression run, but I knew 5 minutes into this run that I was going to cut that short and take it easy. My legs just didn't even feel up to 12 easy miles, let alone 12 miles progressing gradually down to HM pace for the last few. I may take the next few runs as recovery style miles, just because my quads and calves don't seem to be quite recovering from the sprints I've been doing.
