Notes

One of the hardest 6 mile runs I've ever done, due solely to how out of shape I am. In deference to my stress fracture recovery, I walked 2 minutes after each 2 miles of running. I had no pain in the area, but the two minutes walk was welcome considering how bad my fitness is. The achilles both felt pretty good, but the right side tightened up when I finished.
