Today was all right, but I think I need to stop doing my exercises before I do my runs. My legs just felt tired after this one, even though I did just 3 miles.

At this point, I am still cautious, but I think my left leg injury is done. I don't feel it when I run, and now I don't even feel it when I walk around after runs. Now I just need to work through these achilles issues.
