Notes
I snuck out at lunch today to do a quick 4 mile run, and it turned out pretty good. I'm lucky that it wasn't hotter, because as it was, the actual temperature was 82 with a "feels like" of 91. The sun was pretty strong, especially since it was around noon. Other than that, everything was pretty solid. My legs felt good, I didn't feel overly tired, it was all in all a pretty decent day.
