Notes
This has been a tough week for running. We were so busy this week running around with Ellen's family, and all the late nights definitely took a toll. Today I was going to do 6.5, but wound up having to stop way earlier than intended as a result of fatigue. My legs felt beaten up, I was exhausted, it was all in all a pretty tough run. Now that the holiday week is gone, I'm looking forward to getting back on track.
